Phase I homesites on Honeycrisp Lane, Occidental Avenue, and 96th Avenue are almost SOLD OUT, a limited number of homesites are still available on 96th Avenue and inside the exclusive gated community on Jonagold Lane.
There are still a very limited number of Phase II fairway homesites for sale with spectacular views of the 10th and 14th holes. In addition, several inventory homes in Phase II and III are move-in ready, and a few are nearing completion. Phase IV on the south side of the course is in the planning stage.
